The HUB Favourites : Ada + Nik & Six Lee

Of course, siblings go hand-in-hand, so how can we bear to separate the second in our pair of HUB Favourite posts?

With no further ado - onwards and forward!

Ada + Nik

A punk clothing brand with a luxurious twist, Ada + Nik is no short on the charming department when it comes to designs, cuttings and personality. With fine Italian leather and edgy designs at play, Ada + Nik brings out the black matter god of inner strength and boldness that we all have inside us.

Six with Six: A Retrospective Journey

With a background in Belgium design, designer Six Lee throws people off with a subtle intelligence that makes him stand out from the crowd and literally makes you say, "Wow." He revamps classic British menswear into contemporary clothing of sharp cuttings and pattern, effortlessly manipulating different types of fabric and elements into a whole new creation that stays true to its classical dapper roots, but sprouts out with surprises that makes him a true innovator in his own right.

The HUB Favourites : BNKR & Vega Wang

With the commencement of school three weeks ago, procrastination has once more come into place in being our excuse for late homework and yes, long-overdue blogposts. But shameless laziness aside, what better way is there to reminiscent one of our summer's most exciting day than to do a #throwbacktuesday and giggle over our favourite photos from The HUB?

One of the reasons we adore BNKR so much is that there's something for everyone. Youthful and fashion-forward, these five labels each represent a different kind of "girl", from the "it girl" to the "party girl" and "career girl", making sure that every female fashionista has the perfect outfit for all occasions.

Vega explaining the concept behind her latest line

The HUB after party

Vega is amazing, both in terms of creativity and personality. With a strong rooting in Chinese culture, she is the epitome of a true appreciator of culture, as seen in the way she incorporates elements of ethnicity into the concepts and details of her designs. In fact, she pays such attention to tiny details that she even specially designs a logo for every single one of her lines!

Shades of Grey

Buzz is wearing thrifted vintage sunglasses, shirt by Izzue collection, Topshop duster coat, self-cropped pants, black leather shoes by Florsheim Imperial and an Emporio Armani watch. Photos by Van, Styling & Editing by Buzz.

Hong Kong may be a steam sauna in itself, but during the rare occasions we manage to find a sweet spot that has just the right amount of wind for us to indulge in our long-overdue autumn crave, we indulge.

Talking about indulging, we found the most amazing dessert/food/ EVERYTHING place in Sai Kung. Our shameless food porn is self-explanatory on our Instagram feed, but words simply cannot bring justice to the seventh-heaven our taste buds were in at Let's Jam. With an expertise in jam-making, Let's Jam had us going on a full-out food binge. Let's just say that we walked away with a full belly and no regrets.

Well, no regrets except that Vanessa had to keep tucking in her tummy when we had a photoshoot afterwards.

P.s. Vanessa successfully pulled off looking like she didn't have a full tummy in the photoshoot, so stay tuned for new photos!
